Tonight I went in to grab one thing and just before entering I saw an older woman who was having trouble walking hobbling out of the entrance....a middle aged blond csm / manager snapped at her that "this is a fire exit and you have to go around the other way." Obviously this woman shouldn't have to hobble all the way through the cash stands to go out the Official exit when she wasn't even buying anything! In addition to that, Fire exits Shouldn't be used for Anything other than Exiting When There Is a Fire! A fire alarm is supposed to go off when you use a Fire exit. You shouldn't talk to elderly customers like they are 5 years old and maybe the Walmart management should learn more about proper building codes before they start snapping at customers anyway!

If I could give a negative star review, I would. Twice I have ordered from this store & both times it was delivered to wrong house on the wrong street. They give you the drivers number but you can't get through. You call the store. & they tell you it's not Walmart employees but are a third party. Then you are told to call 1-800-Walmart. while they were trying to help me, I hear the ring door bell & magically my order appears. Not sure if owners of home were delivered or the shopper brought it. Regardless it is ridiculous that this store has done this twice. why are they not able to read a street name. & deliver to that home on that street. Never had this issue with the super center Walmart. So never order from Neighborhood Walmart in Greenville. Tx

Every time we buy food items from here they are expired, there are literally no other options than 3 months - a week ago expired, the only non expired we are able to get is the milk which expires in two days upon purchase, i just accidentally bought Coffee that expired last September, went back up there to get a different one & the only other options expired December 2022 at the earliest.

So... my dad and I went to the meat section isle, and we were gonna get some steak fingers, but they didn't have any, the whole entire section was empty, so we had to get chicken strips. This store is always out of stock and need to learn how to get back in stock. I'm tired of this crappy service at this store. You guys have been here for 3 or 3 1/2 years, get yourself in gear people of the Walmart store or get a new freaking manager!!!!

Left my cart by an end cap of 4th of July items. Grabbed an item, turned around and cart was gone. Looked for several minutes and then asked an associate for help. Responses from two were "I don't know " the third tried- by telling me that often abandoned carts are brought to service desk. So I went there. The two women acted like they could care less. "Well it's no here" one said. I had to ask what help anyone would give me. Dead silence. I found a manager on my way to checkout. Israel. I explained and that was it. So I get across the store to checkout in garden and my ice cream is missing. So the associate who moved my cart also took away the ice cream. I asked for Israel. I got another co manager who I then had to tell the whole story to again. I demanded someone go get my missing items and bring them. They literally handed them to me and said nothing. Now I'm angry. I wasted 30 minutes after shopping for an hour. I told the auto manager who brought the ice cream, that I wanted Walmart to pay for it. He didn't charge me. Thank you for that. I live midway between two stores. I won't ever shop at this location again. It just would have been polite for anyone of these employees to act as if they cared about a problem they caused. Got home to realize they also took the chicken out of the cart. Seriously, the person who did this didn't think to just ask out " is this your cart?"

We have shopped at alot of different walmarts. This, by far, has the best experience. Consistently friendly, clean, full. Scott is a great cashier, as was the lady today. This is why we drive 30 minutes to come to this store, rather than the three closer ones.

What a mistake coming here. Selection awful. I think I know why no one has reviewed. I walked around or 10 minutes and 3 things I wanted they did not have.
