This location always provide fast and friendly service. Whenever they say your prescription is going to be ready. It is ready and on time. The only issue that I have had lately is not receiving the text messages like they used to send looks like I may have been unsubscribed at some point overall I have not had any issues. The staff is always kind.

Absolutely terrible service. I have the need, from a severe accident and massive surgeries, PLURAL, 4 weeks ago, for high powered medicine for continual pain. Walmart refused to fill my prescription unless I told them what I needed it for. PAIN. I NEED IT FOR PAIN. The circumstances of my pain are of no consequence to the pharmacy. Asking for details of my injury is an overreach. My doctor has 3 satellite offices. Dallas, Frisco, and Greenville. I will see the doctor in all 3 locations as depending on the day/time of the appointment, and will fill the new prescription for my pain meds on my way home. Greenville Walmart apparently sees my need for pain pills as a threat for abuse. Although said 700 times by the pharmacy phone tech, they are not accusing me of abusing my meds, but will not fill my prescription unless I prove I am, in fact, not abusing my prescription. What's better, as I continued to question their motives and needs, refusing to just tell some random person, that has no right or need to know the details of my accident, a highy cafinated woman got on the phone, apparently aiming to tell me what for and userp her "authority" over me. Her opening lines were my first name, at full volume, yelling my name over and over as I was STILL TALKING attempting to speak over me and not let me talk. This is unacceptable behavior. At that time, she accused me of "cursing at her", something I did not do, at all. She clearly was very used to rolling over people and getting her way as she thought being louder than me and being aggressive would make me listen. I assure you, that was not the case. We had a spirited debate. I am under the continuous care of a high level surgeon that is writing these prescriptions. I am not getting random sketch doctors from multiple places to write prescriptions. 1 doctor, every time. Walmart sees the need to take it up on themselves to question the doctor's orders. Something I trust FAR more than Walmart's judgement. Someone is pretty high and mighty on themselves thinking they know better than a licensed doctor. Find yourself any pharmacy other than this one at all cost. Whoever the woman is behind the counter is a pushy and rude woman that sees her wants above others, REQUIRING personal information before she fills a legitimate, legal, necessary prescription. Highly unacceptable and ridiculous issue to have. All caused be someone accusing me of abusing my medication. Highly unethical, and highly unacceptable.

I am unsure of the female pharmacist’s name that I spoke with but she was extremely helpful. I deducted one star because they didn’t have the medication in stock that we needed after my son’s surgery so it took an act of Congress to get it somewhere else.

The best pharmacy staff in the area. I’ve been here on several occasions and every time the staff goes above and beyond. We came tonight for Covid vaccines and the ladies who took care of us was awesome. Will definitely use this pharmacy again.

I had an appointment for a vaccination at 10:20 it's now 11:00 still waiting and people have been given vaccinations before me. What's the point in making an appointment. Expect to wait...Its now 11:17 and I finally got the shot 1 hr late.Apparently after the first shot the lady made my second appointment for a Walmart 4 hrs from me. She made the appointment while I was in person at this location not sure how that happens.

Pharmacist and the staff are very helpful. They are the only place that had been able to consistently fill a prescription I previously had a hard time finding a pharmacy that stocks it. Not to mention the price I paid for a couple of months when I was in between insurance after a job change was far less expensive than anywhere else that would have filled it. Express pickup has made the wait less than 5 minutes for me to get my prescription.

The people at the pharmacy pick up desk are so rude. I was in line for more than 20 mins while one of the girls was helping one customer, and when I asked for a back up person to help the line, she was so so rude to me, and when one of them eventually came to the front , she behaved like I pushed her to work, frowned at me and talked to me angrily. But befote that I had seen when they had people in line whom they knew, they behaved completely different, and had caring behaviour to them, and said sorry you were waiting and so. There are a lot of discriminations and unprofesionalism there. So sorry!

I'm 100% done with this place. I put in a refill request and verified that it showed up on the app. Since my doc had to be contacted to fill it, I didn't think it was a big deal that I didn't hear from them the next day. However, when I checked the app again to see the status, my refill request had disappeared. By that time, it was too late to call my doc to get them to send it in, so I went up to the pharmacy to check what had happened the next day. The pharmacist said it wasn't even in the system, so she'd put it in there and get it ordered for me Monday (this was a Saturday). I called my doc Monday, and they hadn't heard anything. After going back and forth, I finally got the script filled the next day after my doc office told me they didn't get the refill request till 4:30pm Monday!

I'd like to give 0 stars! Told me my pediatrician sent my asthmatic son's medici e to Missouri but it was right here in town at the Neighborhood walmart. Instead of correcting herself she pulled it from them (where it was already ready!) and continued to say she pulled it from Missouri to fill. I called the pediatrician where they confirmed the address (neighborhood). The Super Wal-Mart woman finally said mistakes happen. With 0 care that it just cost my son a two hour delay on his medicine. Unacceptable and disrespectful.

Love this store but ALWAYS out of food. Its like they wait til they completely run out something before they buy decide to buy more to stock later. Only complaint but its a pretty big one. And everyone who shops there also has the same problem

I wish I had read these reviews before having my prescription sent here. The customer service is terrible! They seriously act like you're a criminal for trying to pick up your medications and are SO snooty about it, like judging you for what your doctor prescribes for you. I literally will drive further towards Dallas to avoid having to come back here.

Slow and they are definitely NOT on top of things. My prescription was called in 2 hours in advance by my surgeon and they hadn't even checked the voicemail to start pulling the prescription until I arrived. HORRIBLE SERVICE! They REALLY do not have their stuff together. The prescription was called in 2 hours early so that it would be ready after my surgery. I rarely give 1 star reviews, but not checking your voicemail for 2 hours at a pharmacy where people go to feel better and get things they need to live is completely unacceptable.

Totally frustrated with this pharmacy..My meds were called in two hours before i arrived, got there and they said it it will 15 or 20 mins. So i left to run a few errands went back two hours later and was told it would 20 mins again. Needless to say i left without my meds. Gonna be switching pharmacys for sure.
