Compared to other pharmacies, by far the best. I'm surprised HIPPA allows any type of comments to be posted. All the bad reviews are due to bad circumstances and a matter of personal opinions, Pharmacy board and DEA I'm sure appreciate their compliance as I do for their outstanding customer service to the community!

This Walgreens is the biggest joke ever! Pulled up to drive through behind 3 vehicles to wait to pick up a prescription. I'm waiting about 12 minutes when I see an employee come out and take the sign out of the second drive through which was closed. The truck in front of me pulled forward and so being the next vehicle I enter the drive through. I press the help button to here this lady says "welcome to Walgreens " and I say I need to pick up a prescription and the lady says " I'm sorry we don't open until 2." I look at my phone and it is 2, so I say it. She said " we open at 2" I should have just stayed where I was but my temper got the best of me. I circled back around to now be behind 5 cars.... 15 minutes later I am still sitting here. The only reason I use this place is because the insurance refuses to refill this prescription anymore unless it's a 3 month supply and has to be filled at Walgreens. Wait to go Aetna Insurance, your policy's are what keep crappy businesses like this one around! This isn't my only bad experience either, their photo department rarely has anyone in it and it's a wait game there also. If your time is as valuable as mine, spare yourself a trip here. In my opinion I am the customer and they are receiving my business. I don't care if it 1 minute til 2, you treat a customer as a customer .

I would give a 0 if I could. My refills, which I am on auto refill, are never ready. My car is in the shop so my mom drove 30 miles into town to pick up my blood pressure medicine and they sent her away telling her to come back and they would start filling it. 30 min later, she went back and it wasn't ready so she went to Walmart and shopped for an hour and guess what...it is still not ready. She is older and decided she could not stay in town waiting. I have not had my blood pressure medicine for days now and I guess I will have to wait till she goes into town in a few days or my van gets out of the shop. This is starting to be a pattern and they do not care. Lisinopril is a common med and how hard is it to put 90 in a bottle and close it? Don't use this pharmacy, their customers are not important.

So, they don’t open their pharmacy until 10 am.
I’ve been sitting in this line, in the exact same spot for over 15 minutes. They have one line open.
No sign of movement

Worst pharmacy staff ever! Waited 45 minutes on phone to be disconnected. The middle aged woman is out right rude. Today, the Asian chap was rude. I believe these folks are over worked , as it seems under staffed and the hatred of their jobs is passed to the customer. One tries to be patient with them but rudeness should never be tolerated.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy drive through. Super rude and vague when handling questions one might have on prescriptions.

They have systematic failures over and over with customer service. They have an automated ordering system which does not work consistently. I order the meds manually and the system says the meds will be ready at a certain time. They are not. They say the need confirmation from the doctors. I call the doctors (several different doctors at different times) who confirm they never got the fax/request from WalGreens. I never had this problem at other pharmacies. I was forced to change to Walgreens my insurance company. Trying to talk to someone by phone usually ends up with a 20 minute wait. My wife just waited 20 minutes and got a recording they were taking a lunch break ( not during the posted lunch break time). They are always understaffed. Avoid if you can!

This place is a joke. Just like all of the other chain pharmacies. Got out of the ER. Took in a hard copy with three prescriptions. Easy fills. Was told wait time would be 20-25 minutes. It took them over an hour. Mind you, I work at an independent pharmacy back home and our wait time is 5-10 minutes and that's accurate. Don't come hear unless it's your last resort. Idiots.

Wanted to stop at Walgreens, after a visit from my dentist. Have an abscess tooth and wanted to fill my antibiotics and my Tylenol three prescription. After making me wait for an hour they decided they would not fill my Tylenol three prescription because I had an expired tramadol prescription. Anybody that takes tramadol understands anyway that it does not kill pain. Especially an infection that has progressed into a very bad one. My dentist tried to call the prescription back in and the pharmacist decided to embarrass me and tell everybody including me that she would not feel it because as I had a tramadol prescription. And then she told me what I needed to do to kill the pain LOL. She also wanted to make it known that she has all of my medications on the computer and she knows what I take. Which is no surprise because we all know that this is how things go down in Texas. Needless to say another pharmacy understood what the issue was and filled my prescription. I will never go to this pharmacy again. If you are having a bad day do not take it out on a customer or decide to use your own opinion instead of that of a practicing doctor or dentist.

Stop notifying people (via text) that their prescription is ready for pickup when it's not. You have done this the last 3 times. ALSO, they REFUSED to fill my RX that was doctor prescribed because the pharmacist believed I "didn't need it".

The associate that waited on me acted like I was a burden to her. I was simply picking up photos and a couple items, I had no special requests or issues and she was just very short and rude with her words.

Pharmacy is horrible! Work in health care and we don't have time to sit on the phone for 25 minutes trying to verify whether they received a prescription or not. Common reoccurring problem! They frequently tell patient's they did not receive their prescriptions but when we call (and fight through the 25 minute phone tree wait) find out they had the prescription all the time. Someone put the birthday in wrong or spelled the name wrong or well they don't know why the patient was told the didn't have the prescription because the do. OMG!!!
