I ordered a bookshelf from them back in February and received it early October. The expected time frame for building and shipping the order is pretty accurate. It was palleted/crated extremely well. The craftsmanship is amazing, and the material quality is top notch. The slide out sections are unnoticeable when closed and are perfect for storing my long rifles and shotguns.Overall, a great product from a talented company. It meets all of my expectations and I plan on ordering again in the future.

Ordered the large dresser many months ago.Unfortunately, all the c19 issues got in the way. Products, shipping, etc., made for a delayed build for the American Concealed Furniture professionals. But that was ok, very understandable. We were kept abreast of the situation & construction the entire time, complete with photos. We fine tuned the wood & stain by sending owner Tracy a few photos of where we would put it. He suggested alder, a perfect recommendation.Tracking the shipment into our state, all was going smooth…..until a transfer to a subsidiary freight company. The dresser was significantly damaged and returned.The all-stars at ACF expeditiously constructed another dresser & it was quickly in our home. The dresser fits perfectly, is gorgeous, and there is no doubt these craftsmen are superb, make an outstanding hand built product, and totally support their customers.The covid delay plus the damage delay did not hamper our spirits. We had total faith and confidence in the professionalism of the entire staff of ACF. Our utmost praise & thanks go out to them. Bravo to all.

I ordered two nightstands from ACF. The team was in close communication with me on shipping dates. When they arrived, they were fantastic. High quality, solid wood, sturdy with a beautiful finish. There was a slight issue with one of the nightstands that happened in transit. I called Tracy and he was super responsive. He corrected the problem quickly and fully. I was super impressed with the quality and customer service from this company. I strongly recommend their furniture and more importantly, in this day and age, their focus on customer service.Service: Custom furniture

Wow! Very impressed with American Concealed Furniture! Ordering online was easy. Owners stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process. Delivery occurred when they said it would. Our furniture is absolutely beautiful! I emailed the owners right away to tell them we have never seen such craftsmanship before. Great customer service- when we had a couple questions, they responded immediately. We are very happy with our purchase. Great value for the money; the quality is the best we have seen. We will likely buy more furniture from them.

WOW! Completely satisfied and it is beautiful. Amazing craftsmanship and modern look and feel brought the room to a whole different level. Price included shipping which was nice.The owner always stayed in touch and great customer service. Definitely will be purchasing more furniture in the future.

This cabinet is amazing! It looks like an expensive, high-end piece of furniture but is so much more! A gift for my husband and now he will owe me forever ??. He loves it! It was packaged so well that there isn’t a scratch on it! Only complaint is delivery was only to garage and it’s quite heavy! But we will figure that out! Definitely a California Patriot necessity

I ordered one of their concealed products, first off they told me from when I placed my order there was going to be a considerable delay, they were very upfront in what to expect, especially with everything going on in todays world. Katy was very attentive, she answered all of my questions quickly and accurately. Good things definitely come to those who wait! It finally arrived today, packaged like you would not believe! not a mark on it, not even a smudge! Just a little light dusting and it's ready to go! The quality of the furniture is amazing! It's like any high end furniture you might buy, dare I even say Stickley quality! Beyond happy with the company and staff, we would definitely order from here again if the need arises! Five stars and two thumbs up!

I purchased the Hidden Gun Cabinet Picture Frame from a local gun shop. Before installing it I called and visited with Tracy at American Concealed Furniture. I am very appreciative of the time he spent with me on the phone and the quality of workmanship in my gun cabinet picture frame. My wife would not let me install it (she didn't trust me, lol) so a competent friend did it for me. He said the install was easy and was impressed with the quality of workmanship. Almost forgot, my wife and I are both very pleased.

Bought the Proto-Type Entry way bench cubby. This piece of furniture is AMAZING........fit perfectly where my wife wanted it, and holds all my guns like a glove. Tracy is a Great person and helped me move it in my house, can’t speak enough about how Great Tracy and Teri are!!!! Thank you for Everything
