I don’t understand how you cannot read a prescription when it ask for flavor in amoxicillin I have to fight my kid every single time due to not reading the label of the order all you see is amoxicillin so you think that everybody just loves bubblegum that is not the case and I have to fight my children every single time. If you didn’t have the flavor that’s where you should’ve called the patient or the parent of the patient to make sure that that is what you want before you fill it.

Groesbeck needs another pharmacy to give them competition, they are not stocked with drugs that should always be in stock, or they need to hire a person that orders drugs to keep them in stock, being out of stock is zero excuse for poor customer service.

Lied mutiple times claiming that my doctor never called the prescription in while in reality they received the prescription but didn't have the meds and had to order them. Completely screwed me over.

Was lied to by the staff abt the status of my prescription...Was told insurance wouldn't it I offered to pay cash instead of going to the register she went and got the pharmacist who told me state law wouldn't allow him to fill it for 3 days...Tell me which story is the truth? I love the people here and they have delivery of you need it.which is a huge help if your without a car. The prices on the stuff insidee are fairly high but the medication is free or cheap with insurance and when my medication is sent there its always ready within 15 mins no longer
