I don't know why we decided to give this place another shot a week or so ago, but it never fails to disappoint. First few times we tried it they didn't seem to drain the noodles at all and my spaghetti was super watered down, it was disgusting. Tried them again hoping things would be better but got the fettuccine Alfredo this time. Whoever decided to put mushrooms in this is insane, they're clearly canned and super mushy. Sauce was lumpy and made me gag every bite before I gave up. Also had hardly any shrimp, not worth the price at all. Bread also wasn't toasted or anything...just plain ol bread. I've had better cafeteria food. Employees were also super rude when we came to pickup our food and just ignored us the entire time. Unfortunately won't be back.

Nice cozy place for a special dinner. Love the marinara and garlic dressing on salad. Manicotti was good . Some entrees looked ‘off the truck’ and they were out of pizza, which was an unfortunate surprise. Friendly staff.

Best family run Italian in the Golden triangle. It's been there for generations for good reason. If you live garlic try the house dressing. Their dishes tend sweeter than most places, not to heavy or greasy. A good alternative to the chain restaurants along the highway.

Italian sausage and spaghetti, salad with house dressing was very good. They offer small and large portions of many entrees. My small entree was the perfect size as we also ordered two appetizer samplers for our party of seven. Great red sauce!

Few months ago, pizza & cheese sticks were extremely burnt like can't even eat burnt. Today, I was really hesitant about getting food here again. When I got home with my order, I realized the pizza was not burnt, but had absolutely no sauce on it when I didn't ask for no sauce on it. The cheese sticks were slightly burnt and had an odd taste. The only good thing was the spaghetti. I feel this place has gone down the last few years and it's hard for me to say since I have been a customer since I was a teenager (~14 yrs).

Check your order before you leave on to go orders. They give you the wrong things they charge you for what you asked for and then argue with you about it. I think we all know a Caesar salad is completely different than a regular house, salad, and their version is lettuce and tomato only, when you call to speak to the owner, he hides in the back and they tell you he’s not there.

Most people do not realize that there are several different ways to cook authentic Italian food. I have been eating at Colichia's since 1976 and it has never failed to meet my wants and/or desires when it comes to Italian food dining satisfaction. I think the people that don't "get it", when it comes to eating at a place like Colichia's, have only a narrow palate when it comes to what they believe is the right way that Italian food should taste and/or look. To those I would suggest; grow a better understanding of all the different ways Italian food is cooked according to the different regions of Italy. Ciao!
