Horrible, horrible horrible service employees, eating at the drive-through window. Sit at the window over 20 minutes before I even acknowledged while the Cashier ate his food. This will be my last time ever going to this place. They need to fire everybody in They are on this Night Shift and new employees that are courteous, friendly, and not standing around talking on phones while there’s a long line out the window of people just waiting. This is the worst service I’ve received from anywhere, and I’m very long time very disgusted with the behavior seen tonight

ordered two pizzas yesterday. delivery driver was rude, and the food itself was just not good at all. i honestly think little caesars would have been better. the food was just bad, i’ve ordered from this location many times but this time it was just horribleEDIT: i did email with all the things they asked and they never responded. i suspect they’re just automated responses to make themselves look good

I went to Domino’s and order a large pizza and wings and it took almost a hour to get my food. The store went down since the Domino’s man left the store. But I got some good news today that the Domino’s man is still around but he is call the Pizza Man and he is at Pizza Artista in Groves. I going to go check him out.

Literally order yesterday, food was subpar, and the delivery driver was rude AF, I don't recommend, they are going down hill, used to be good, not anymore.

Good food, worst service ever. If you pick it up yourself you maybe ok don't ever have a problem they will not talk to customers on the phone.

This location called and cancelled my order as soon as I placed online, I had to call back and ask them to cancel my online order (it showed ready) so I would get my refund. Why not shut off online ordering if you will not be accepting orders?

Worst service, they can't get my delivery order right and they will not answer their phone or talk with customers. I guess the Pizza man doesn't work there anymore

Took 1.5 hours to receive our delivery. 1 pizza and wings. Wings Luke warm and tasted bad, tried one trashed the rest. Pizza also Luke warm. Not planning on ordering from there again.

The Domino’s in Groves sucks. They delivery takes forever to deliver you’re food to you. You have to wait over 2 hour?? to get you’re food. People don’t never order from Domino’s in Groves.????

Charge me for pizza that delivered 4 1/2 hours later. No one answered the phone while I sat on hold 5 times for a total of an hour and a half. The pizza shows up to my house with the topping completely burnt. This horrible experience with Groves dominos is ongoing, so figured it was time to make a remark. 7 bad experiences this yearPs. Today they have no delivery drivers (isn't that why we use dominos for their subpar pizza)

This place sucks. I order online at 8pm tracker shows out of over at 9pm and should arrive at 907pm. It finally shows delivered at 930 but nothing was ever delivered. So I call the store to ask for a refund but as usual I sit on hold for 20+ mins. I end up having to get dressed and drive up there just to get a refund because no one would answer the phone. As I’m standing at the counter waiting on a refund, 2 guys come out from the back. The pizza I watched them pull out was burnt. They offer no apology and act as if it’s no big deal. This place’s customer service is as bad as it gets!!!!
