My regular veterinarian couldn't see my cat I thought she had been poisoned. They recommended Groves I called they took her right away and even stayed instead of going to lunch to wait for me. Turns out she had FPV they treated her and I went back for 3 days in a row and they were very attentive. Unfortunately I had to have her put down along with another cat that had contracted it. They were very respectful and made me feel at peace. They didn't charge me a arm and a leg thank God because I didn't have a lot . I highly recommend them. Their staff is wonderful the doctor I saw was wonderful (he was older I can't remember his name). And please make sure your cats indoors and out have been vaccinated for distemper (FPV) it is not part of normal kitten shots! And needs to be boosted yearly, this disease killed 13 cats in my neighborhood including indoor cats!

Do not trust this place. Took my dog for a laceration to be stitched. They were supposed to call me before stitching her to discuss what they’d do and cost. Never got a call. Called today to check on her and get told a procedure that is normally $75-100 is costing us nearly $500. For STITCHES!!!! Never taking my dogs here again.

I have 5 cats, and anytime something happens and I need an appointment, I get one within a few hours. One of my cats had a urinary problem, and Dr. Melancon took us back to show us the results and took the time to explain them. They have always been accommodating.

Today was one of the worst experience I've had with a vet. I called in and made an appointment for a stray cat to be neutered and tested diseases, given flea drops, specifically bravecta as last time we were able to catch this stray, he had a bad reaction to cheristin. Wife brought the cat in today, they informed her that the appointment had NO notes, was not made for him to be neutered, and they gave him Cheristin instead of bravecta. He's now in our house while we watch him closely in case he has to be brought somewhere again. I'm extremely upset and will not be returning, informing family so they can pull theirs as well.

Our little Yorkie needed a specific test we could only get at Groves Veterinary Clinic. The staff was quick, and the doctor was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

The most friendly and caring staff. All the ladies from the front desk to the back were beyond kind. They took time to remember us and always made sure we were taken care of. Our baby had terminal cancer and they’ve walked with us step by step on how we can give her the best care before she passed away. They treated her as if she was their own dog, she loved to see them as well. Dr. Melancon was also very kind and compassionate, he made sure we were never in the dark about any changes within her condition. Their clinic is the best in the area with the best staff, incomparable to any other clinic.

The Vet Clinic was amazing. We had an appointment with Dr Melancon and was seen very promptly. My dogs were very at ease. Dr saw them and answered all questions and gave good advice.
