Super rude managers walked in for a job application and the guy literally looked me up and down and walked out tried to ignore me, the girl manager which is his girlfriend basically told me to screw off. All because i had previously applied and didnt make it to the interview for medical reasons. Very very unprofessional

So disappointed. Magic changed the name to TradeMark. No Email, no text nor notification. Still getting charged for monthly subscription. The barcode didn't even scan because now there is a new tag that I wasn't even aware about. The kids that work there are nice, but clueless. The old crew was better at cleaning the front and back of the car. Now you have to blow the horn to let you know your ready to pull your car in. No one is around. I'm about o cancel and go to the new Car Wash by Starbucks. This car wash was so good but now it is only a 1 star car wash place now.

Pretty simple car wash process, I drive right through to the car wash tech who guides the car in. He is kind of new but he hustles to get the cars through quickly. Worth a couple dollars tip.

I recently stopped by for an oil change. It's my favorite go to stop. I drive from Bridge City just for this location. I love that every oil change comes with a free wash. I am able to stay in my car safely with my kids while we wait just 10 min for a complete oil change. I saved my free car wash ticket for after a few summer travel events. The car needed a good clean both inside and out. The kids and I were vacuuming the car after our wash. The manager walked by and was not satisfied with our clean. He noticed this on his own without me saying anything. He asked if we were willing to go thru another wash. I am not going to turn down another free wash and short entertainment for the kids. The van is officially ready for back to school car pick up line! I am thankful for the staff at Trademark Wash. They've always been honest and fair. They will continue to be our "go to"!

Both locations claim they do not do interior cleaning, and yet they have $15 option posted for leather wipedown..

The truth is they are good but when it comes to cleaning the inside of the cars, not all the employees are trained, I paid for a deep cleaning and the back of my truck was not even touched, it is very dirty as I delivered it ? I am very sad with this service .

Update - A young man, assistant manager, was able to cancel my membership. After learning of the issue, from my previous review, the corporate office contacted me to apologize for the confusion. I really appreciate them refunding me for all four months my account was unused.
