I've been going to Market Basket for years always great until Sunday I ordered boudain the guy drop it and then proceeded to wrap drop Bourdain he told me that they had a 5 second rule unbelievable guy should be fired immediately it's sad enough to drop it and try to wrap it but to tell a customer that they have a 5 second rule. Complete idiot 🙄

Great place to shop. They are always stocked up on food and have great pricing. Staff is fairly friendly, and some are eager to help with whatever you need. Would recommend this place to shop for your groceries.

I have come to this MB for over 10 years now on Sunday mornings to do my shopping and to get my breakfast from the deli. Always the best experience until today when the "deli supervisor " was working the breakfast counter and was rude and disrespectful and acted as if i didn't even exist and wasn't standing there to get some breakfast. Just looked at me and walked off to the back and talked to the other lady while both just standing there looking at me. Didn't say a word. All the people who work in there have always been great ! Nice and respectful and always helpful. I don't understand why the supervisor doesn't treat the customers the same as the others do around there. Makes me not want to ever come back!
