Everything via telephone. Customer service was excellent and Everything went smoothly and in under 10min. I work most business hours and it was so helpful getting this storage space without going in person.

This storage is clean and the employees are very friendly..the only problem is the back exit gate stay broke but other than that it's a nice storage facility

It is not the fanciest place, but it is self serve and no one has caused me any issues. I was able to book over the phone and pickup my lock and key without physically seeing anyone in person.

Ms Eilene was very helpful with my new unit, she was understanding and sweet as well. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs to store their items.
I’m not google savvy so I apologize but, I wanted to add another positive review for Radiant storage Groves. I had lost all my info to login and Mr. Diether (awesome name btw!) helped me get back into my account, even though I couldn’t remember which address I had on file due to moving 3 times ??♀️ lol. This storage facilities customer service is amazing.

I had furniture in Reliant Storage on Gulfway Dr. Groves, Tx. My furniture was place in unit #150. My furniture was in stored for at least 2- 3 years due to relocation until my house was built. Now to go and get my furniture I learned that I had forgotten to pay one month. Only one month!!! When I finally reached someone for them to get the clearance they said to me that my storage unit was in someone else name. My furniture was auction off with no noticed?? Nothing!!!
I made a mistake. Before Reliant Storage took
over we were able to go inside to the office pay.
Once Reliant took over we knew how to get in ccontact with the office. Beawre!!!

Very insecure, I had had my unit for almost 2 years and they broke in and stole all my belongings and the insurance company does not want to be responsible. The insurance they offer you only covers 2,000. At the time something happens, they just ignore it and pay no attention and the prices go up. Start paying one price and end up paying another apart from the fact that the cameras do not cover the entire site and during the day they are alone, there is no person to keep an eye on them.
