The lady that works in the office is very very nice and very helpful as well! I will most definitely recommend the storage facility to my peers and I will definitely use them again if I need to get a unit!!!

I will not utilize this facility again for renting a U-Haul. I had a 10 AM reservation on a Saturday, but their office hours are from 9 AM to 1 PM. Upon my arrival, I was unable to access the gate due to a lack of a gate code. When I called the number posted on the gate, no one answered, and the call went to voicemail. Fortunately, another customer was exiting their storage unit, allowing me entry.
Once inside the facility, I proceeded to the office located at the back of the building, only to find it locked and unattended. When I called from inside, the phone again went to voicemail. I returned to my vehicle and contacted U-Haul to explain the situation. U-Haul attempted to reach the company on my behalf and noted that it was unusual for no one to be present, as they had both my reservation and another customer's reservation. I was uncertain whether the other customer was present, as they too would be unable to access the gate without a code.
Ultimately, after 30 minutes, U-Haul redirected me to a different location, which had only one truck available, and the staff there were very accommodating. While I appreciate the service provided by U-Haul, I will not use this storage facility again, as they have not returned my calls to address my concerns.

Friendly Staff, cleanliness and is on price. My only complaint like some stated in the past reviews; I wish Storage supposed to be climate controlled maintenance a more cool temperature.

The office ladies are always so helpful and understanding!! Had an issue with my card and found out there had been a data breach and my bank had shut my card off and mailed a replacement card without informing me. Jody was so understanding while I dealt with the issue 😊

It was mostly very easy to set up a unit online. The facility contacted me the next business day by telephone, and all rental information and setup was finalized.

Employee was not inside the facility when customers while waiting to pick up uhaul equipment. Had a couple waiting over an hour with no sign of anyone being on site until found out she was sitting in her car playing on her phone
