I had originally posted a frustrated response to some serious issues with the mail service here. It has improved some since. We still get mail misplaced now and then, but it's nothing like it was before, and the post master has been in contact and seems to really want to fix the issues.

Whoever the manager is is so rude and unprofessional. I had an issue with a mail woman who did not want to pickup my packages and said it was because there was a dog loose in my yard. I checked my ring camera and there was no dog. I have 2 ring cameras so it picks up a lot and there was no dog! Told him I thought the mail woman was lying because I have the ring footage. He didn’t even let me finish and hung up! I understand that you can’t put anyone in harms way but she straight up lied!

They might be hiring blind people to deliver mail now (no offense intended on actual blind people, they know better than to apply for this kind of job), this is the second time in three days I have had other people’s package on my mail. I found the owner of the first one in one corner of my street and gave it to them, now my biggest issue is that I was supposed to receive a package yesterday (actually three days ago, but they had to ‘try again’ for ‘animal issues’) and it says delivered already but I don’t have it, instead I have some stranger’s mail, again. USPS never fails at making me feel anger issues, repeated incompetence easily gets on my nerves, if 0 or negative stars were allowed, this place would deserve all it would certainly get.

The postal carriers are slow and late delivering mail and careless. I have just received some mail that has been torn up. Unacceptable. The staff at the post office always has an attitude and don't want to do their job. This is awful. If I acted like this and did my job at a slow not caring pace and or not do it i would be fired. It's flat out ridiculous the way that post office is run. Covid nonsense or not. Thats the excuse they use.

I have lived in Groves Texas For the past 40 yrs.And in all those years the Groves Texas post office has ALWAYS been the slowest, laziest and rudest people I have ever has the displeasure of meeting. I went to the office 3 times today to drop a pre-posted package and every time the lines have been outside the door with 1 ONE clerk at the desk. It is 95 degrees today and impossible to wait for service. I literally pray for the day that some organization puts the postal service out of business. I have come to feel as everyone else does that Government employees are overall worthless

The mail carriers need to knock on the door when delivering packages instead of just leaving it on the floor. I live in a aparment where it can be easily stolen KNOCK ON DOOR

The counter representatives are wonderful, efficient and courteous. This low rating is for the management. Management is supposed to "manage" the site, mail, packages, etc. While the representatives do their best at the counter, the other stuff tends to fall apart. I've witnessed numerous customers complaining about various issues with little response from management. I've personally complained about issues and had to take the matter higher. Perhaps management needs additional staff, I truly wish the best for them. This is an important USPS office. It deserves to be run efficiently.Edit! They've corrected their prior issues, business is now 100% improved! Bravo!

Mail carrier refuses to deliver mail due to our dog. We were told to make accommodations for the mail carrier, which we have done and our mail carrier still refuses because she does not like our house. We asked to be handed our mail and the carrier gave attitude and refused.We called the office to complain and they will not answer the phone to speak with them. Terrible post office!

The worse post office ever!!! I have packages to be picked up everyday. Sometimes they will not pick them up for days and when I go inside to question about it, there’s always an excuse or attitude. I left packages out Thursday before leaving to go out of town, I come back Monday, they still sitting on the porch so I had to go to work late to take my packages in. This is now messing up my job. I leave packages out again this Thursday, come home, and they still on my porch. I literally HATE that place
