We waited for the banker for 35 mins. But nobody even cared to come and ask what was the reason for the visit?I gave 1 star because I had to, otherwise I would give zero star for customer service

We’re always taken care of promptly with little to no wait, tellers are always friendly!The only downfall if the traffic at the driveway. It’s always a fit to get out, but the plus side is it’s right next to starbucks!

Can’t deposit cash into my wife’s account for her, can’t cash in my change to put in our account, every time we call corporate and get told we can do something this branch tells us no! We wait forever to even get helped because they are so slow, and then get told no. Seems a bit ridiculous to have branch that doesn’t Karen to corporate

I had a very bad experience with one of the bank tellers named Rosa. She threatened to call cops on a man who doesn’t even have an account with wells fargo but instead of owning up to losing $…she makes threats to ppl because of her own incompetence to double check amount of $ to give customers needing to withdraw or cash checks. Yes we are human and make mistakes. But no bank teller or anyone touching money would make that mistake. Even if the machine counts the money? Most of the banktellers do recount twice. She failed to recount the money herself. She should not be blaming anyone but herself.

We went to the bank and asked the lady named Veronica for some information but she didn’t want to explain us what we were asking and kept interrupting me while I was still talking in a very rude way. I had to stand up and walk away and we been costumers since 2020.Update: They told me to send an email so they can take action but never replied ??

I took my son to this place to opened an account for him for the first time . The banker , Raul Rios was a big helper , he did a fantastic job! Well , I saw how easy and well explained. I wanted to open one for myself also . We’re the new customers to this bank . I told my son how’s everything is so convenient and easy to use . I might come back and open another ones for my daughter (: Thank You for your helped Raul ?

I recently visited this establishment and had a wonderful experience with banker, Raul Rios. As soon as I sat down he made me feel very welcomed even though the bank was busy. He answered all my questions pertaining to my account in a professional and friendly manner! Will come back!
