West End Hardware Co. is a local, small business gem in Groves. It is a hometown gem where customers prefer to go instead of a big store or big box stores. The customer service is extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Someone is always right there and ready to help. The store has everything needed, allowing customers to run in and out quick with VIP parking and never lots of people. The prices are good. Staff empower and equip customers with the parts and advice needed to tackle tasks, leaving them calm and ready. Many strongly recommend it and will definitely be back.
If you dont want to waste ur time looking for anything for ur house like plumbing or little things like that this is the place u need to go. They are very nice.
