10 stars. It is so very refreshing to have the ability to simply send an email and get a timely response every single time. Unlike the experience with my escrow account holder where I spent 1 hour and 36 minutes on hold only to have my call dropped. Brittany is always helpful beyond her responsibilities. Much appreciated!
