I've been going though Aarons for 20 years now and never have I been treated so horrible just because just moved here htey are the most hateful people I have ever met in my life they had prove of my address and the second they saw my ID they started making excuses for why they couldn't sell to me because of this experience I will not be going to Aaron's again yall just lost a 20 year veteran customer if I could do 0 star I would in a heartbeat I hate people that discrimination against someone from another state

I can't offer a review of Aaron's as a customer but I can say I think littering the lakeside streets of the Cedar Creek Lake community with ink pens taped to flyers dropped at the edge of driveways instead of walking them to front doors demonstrates a serious lack of common sense, contempt for the lake ecosystem, and professional laziness that I will not reward with my business. Do better!!

I do not recommend using this store at all. I received a damaged washer, the delivery/installation crew asked to borrow my personal tools for install and also forgot a clamp for the dryer vent. The guys decided to put electrical tape instead of the appropriate clamp. The manager that performed the install refused to allow me to fill out the top portion of the install form, he physically took the form from me. The sales manager also displayed aggressive behavior inside of my home. I am waiting for the general manager to contact me to discuss these issues. Once there has been some type of resolution, I will update this review according to how things turn out.

My family and I have bought an entertainment center, washer-dryer and recliner/love seat set from this Aaron's. The former delivery guy with whom I leave nameless and the two new guys are top notch. The store manager Helen is great at her job and is an overall nice person.
