This is an outstanding gym obviously owned and designed by people who actually do the work and take pride in their gym. The place has every piece of equipment you could need, and many you won't unless you are quite advanced. And all of the equipment is laid out in a thoughtful manner by someone who has actually worked out in the gym and considered how the equipment will be used. Plenty of space for both serious heavy lifting and a wide variety of cardio options. Oh, and the entire gym was so clean you could have eaten off the squat rack (but don't, food isn't allowed on the gym floor!). Finally, the manager could not have been more helpful tailoring a short term membership plan to address my travel concerns. If I could give this gym seven stars I would.

This place is nice. It’s a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. Clean and nice equipment. I travel for work and go to a lot of Anytime’s. This one (believe it or not) is at the top of the list. Well done ??

Beware of unethical business practices and HORRIBLE customer service at this location. We recently moved to the area and as members of the Anytime Fitness gym we have access to all locations worldwide. We used This gym on a few occasions while getting settled into our new home, we also visited the Canton location and had decided to make that our regular location. I received a voicemail from Barbie's husband Tim (owners of the Gun Barrel City location) that they would be transferring me to their location and raising my dues by more than $10.00 per month. This was done against the terms of the contract which states if you use a certain location more than others for a period of 60 days then the gym may move you to their location. We only used them for less than 30 days. Upon speaking to other Anytime locations I was informed that the Gun Barrel location did not have to raise my rate and it "was not automatically done by the system" as the "manager" Darion stated when I called. After I received the initial voicemail it took me several days of calling repeatedly and leaving voicemails to finally get someone to answer the phone. The person that answered was Darion and she was rude, argumentive and would not let me finish a sentence without interrupting when I tried to explain what happened and that it was against the contract I signed originally. She said that I can either pay their dues and be a member of that particular location or I would be blocked and banned. The business model at this location is basically all about the money and zero customer service. No one will answer your calls and you will have to hunt someone down to try to get a membership... Just read the other reviews. The Gun Barrel location sucks, plain and simple! The Canton location is the place to go and they won't raise your rate without speaking to you first to transfer in. Hey Barbie, get some training for your so called "manager" because she is awful and has no people skills..

Although this place is clean, I highly recommend giving your money to a different club! The manager there was very abrasive and not welcoming to members from other locations. This location does not follow the Anytime Fitness model. It might as well be called Barbie and Tim's gym. They do not follow protocol for transferring memberships. They do not return phone calls, even after the corporate office asks them to call me. They also block members for no reason. Please read all reviews before making this your home gym..

Very clean. Nice and plentiful equipment. No weights laying around, staff makes sure all are put back if someone just leaves them when they are done with them. Feels very safe.

They should change the name to Lifetime Fitness sinve thats how long it takes to cancel.
Cancellation Procedures-
ATF- You need to contact ABC Financial
I contacted ABC Financial and they told me to email the local office requesting to cancel.
This club has a history of delaying cancellations so the next step is to notify the Attorney Generals Offive and file a formal complaint.
Come on guys, I have been a paid member since 2017 and had not been able to use the club the last 2 years so I had to request a cancellation.
Being a well run business means alot to this Community.
This pattern of greed needs to stop and it will, I can promise you.
Good luck general public if you ever wish to cancel.

Don't ever sign up for this type of gym. They lock you into a contract that you literally cannot get out of without paying a huge fee, a medical reason provided by your doctor with all of their info, or moving 35 miles away from ANY of their gyms. I have had multiple gym memberships in the past and have NEVER had to deal with this kind of BS before. I will highly recommend to everyone I know that works out, to NEVER go to these gyms!

A nice gym to go and get your workout done . They hadve Everything you need to get it done great range of free weights and machines. Very clean and friendly. Brittany was a great help.

Be very careful. I signed my oldest son up for a membership here and he canceled after a few months. I looked at my bank statement, and noticed they were still taking the membership fees out almost 4 months after canceling! I called ABC financial to notify them that I had canceled via text messages, and the man absolutely refused to refund my money! I ended up having to go to my Bank and showing them proof that I canceled. Luckily, I was refunded all 3 months back into my account! I saved both conversations. I spoke with Morgan via text messages, and when I told her I wanted my money she ghosted me. Go somewhere else. I do not reccomend this gym. anyone who knowingly does this should not be to run a business. Judging by the reviews, I'm not their first victim

overall okay. Smith machines are in need of repair. There is no formal way to report an issues or problem for those that train after normal business hours
