All this place needs is more parking lot to put the cars of satisfied customers. We took our car to another local place and they said our brakes were fine. Brad Chambers said they were spongy and knew the master cylinder needed replacing. We got a fair price on that, synthetic oil and filter as well as a hepa filter. Now we can stop on a dime and still have 9 cents in our pocket. Nice people that communicate well. Prompt repair. Just go there.

My Fiancé needed her AC pumped and refilled with oil and freon, took them about an hour on the dot, and was extremely nice and went above and beyond to help and accommodate us without going into specifics. Will definitely come here with my truck if I ever need anything. Also a third of the other overpriced quotes we got.

Almost messed up my transmission, because they didn't tighten my bolts for my radiator, nor gave me a diagnostic on my car, spent 600 dollars for that, I'm a single mom, they took advantage I wouldn't recommend going there to fix your car, there not trustworthy, and trust me you'll have a issue with your car if you do, like I said they will screw you over, thought they were nice people until I went to another automotive place in Dallas and they had to fix my problem, wasting more money after that job should've been only 250 or 300 of a job, they took advantage... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, they didn't eve fix their own problem like they should, a deer in headlights is the answer they gave me.

I Highly recommended this repair shop & it's owners Brad & Mrs Chambers. I would send even a naive teenager there & Have knowing that the diagnostic would be as honest as humanly possible. There is no hype. Nor upcharge. No gouging when they see an inexperienced person in a jam either!This was the 3rd time we had come to Chambers Automotive over about 10yrs & 3 different vehicles. They have never disappointed us. These guys are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. The owner is a really friendly guy and has the best prices for sure around the lake. I wouldn't trust anyone else but these guys from now on.

We paid 4000.oo for a new motor , only to get an oil leaking motor with bad gas mileage. They did not know how to service an old transmission. So they ruined that and replaced it with a su1 to 10 . b par transmission. So now my speedometer does not work properly. They did such a poor brake job on my truck that it would not pass inspection. Had to have that redone. 4000.oo worth of lies and dishonest. Had to find another mechanic that cared. On a scale of one to ten . I say let the facts show what kind of people they are. Not honest or truthful.
