“I had an issue with my laptop. More specifically, when I inserted my power cord into the side of the laptop I had to maneuver the cord in various positions just to keep it charged. I took it to this business and they informed me that they would look into the issue and work to fix it. Prior to taking my laptop in, I took into account this is a small company and probably swamped with a lot of work. They gave me a time frame of when it would be done and I'm now typing this review with it now. I am extremely pleased with the fix and yes, I was taken a bit back from how long they would have my laptop but the wait was well worth it. I will definitely be bringing any other problems with tech things I'm not able to solve to this location. The employees I interacted with were very friendly and, as a person who is very familiar with IT, they are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. If I have any other issues that I can't handle, this is the place hands down I'm coming to.”
