Factory Connection provides a great shopping experience with a store that is nice, clean, and in its best shape. The staff, including an awesome manager, is friendly, helpful, and informative. They offer excellent customer service, go out of their way to help, and make customers feel important. The team is very engaging, shows customers all the good deals, and is helpful with clearance and sales items. This location receives strong recommendations for its amazing service and enjoyable shopping experience.
I think the lady that helped me is the manager at this location her name is Jennifer and she is awesome. Definitely the best person who I've ever seen work there. Jennifer helped me find everything I needed and goes out of her way to help people! I choose to go shopping here because of the great service!
