GB Transmission did a good job of repairing my truck in a timely fashion. I wish they would increase their warranty to match the competition. We will see how it does in the future. I have gained 2 mpg already since the repair which I like a lot.

Took vehicle in due to installing brakes improperly and asked for them to look over and was told they did. Well certain codes could not be cleared and took it straight to the dealership to find out the wrong caliper (on my part) was installed which should of been caught before i had to go dish out more money on something that could of been caught by them if someone was doing their job correctly.

The folks at Gun Barrel Transmission have truly been wonderful to work with.I left my family's 1994 Trooper with them for a full rebuild and upgrade of its transmission. They were able to get it in immediately and do the work for a very affordable price.After I got the Trooper back there was a slight issue that needed to be corrected (no fault of Gun Barrel Transmission in my opinion) but never the less they picked up my trooper and brought it back to the shop and corrected the issue and than the owner of the business came to my home to get me and take me to pick up my trooper.Seriously amazing customer service. I've never seen people try so hard to make sure the customer is happy.Great warranty on their work and they offer a military discount on top of everything else.

I took my 3500 over there and everytime i called they would tell me something else is needed and itll cost more and more and more. They proceed with things on my truck without my permission and the cost just goes up every call ive takin my truck there twice only bc it had warranty there bc of the first time and the first time my truck soent a whole MONTH over there and the second time its been around 2 weeks already and im sure there planning to make it a month so im picking it up soon.

Took my suv for transmission rebuildthere. I was given a quote for a rebuild from Gary and waiting on results of the finished work that is being perform there. Upon 3 days I was given a call that my transmission was complete. Drove suv home and transmission was with doing its job. Price for parts and labor was to my satisfaction. Autozine alone wanted $2200 alone for the same transmission plus my extra time removing my old transmission as a core.
