If I could leave a zero star I would. THE WORST manager and worst customer service ever. We drove an hour to purchase a $2100+ lawnmower. she was so rude to us. yelled at us. refused to help at all. I've never been treated so badly at a store in my life. I'm 63. I'm just shocked

My Husband went to this Lowe's location today and was very pleased. The normal location we shop for our painting company is in Forney. He said the Associate named Angel went above and beyond. She was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He will now be driving the extra miles to go to this location from now on.

Terrible service in the lawn and garden area, wife needed help in getting 20 bags of compost, was told that a person would be there as quick as possible, 30 minutes later she went back to ask again, was told that it would take a while, not good Lowes.

Had to wait like 45 mins just to get information on storage sheds, once we got the “help” it was very limited, they really didn’t know the answers to questions they should know, they sell a resin shed kit but yet they won’t assemble it, was told it was simple, apparently not or they would offer assembly as an option. I didn’t mind paying the extra charge, in short don’t expect a lot of help or interest in customer satisfaction at this location.

Today I had very bad day at Lowe’s and very disappointed with management there. I am professional personnel and this morning picked up an order water heater tank and it was loaded by Steve of their employee. Once I reach home handed over and when they brand new box it damaged and had a big dent, if it is small one then I would worry about. Anyway I brought back replacement, assistant manager came saying that if you damaged then we won’t take it back and let she saw me going back and forth loading in and maybe it got damaged it was loaded by one of your employee she no it was because I see in camera and I ask her to show me she said no it against our policy. Then I talked with Steve and he did confirm to her he loaded it. She was very rude even thought I did not damaged after his employee confirming it him who loaded she does not work come to me for apologies but I asked couple for her come and wanted Steve to tell in front and wanted to know how she see me in camera then she oh someone loading same time she missed analyze to person and she told to leave the store as my voice higher and she still been rude even though when came to know I did not loaded it in to my SUV.Moreover I left the store called Lowe’s customer service to file a complaint about her to make sure Lowe’s train their property and tech to how to the customer. After that she called and asked how did you item so cheap, maybe because you purchased a damaged item, I mean come on first she saying I managed then called saying that I purchased damaged one. I told her that I am a Pro customer, I got build saving discount when you purchase over $1500 and I got multiple times like that. Their system automatically reduce prices on some item to total 20% discount and mine similar. I asked if you concerns ask you Pro desk people their the one who process the order.The conclusion is that the Lowe’s needs to provide on going to traning to how communicate with the customer instead of insulting them. Apologize is always best way accept the mistake and move on.I hope Lowe’s team will understand and work on this to impove.Please excuse for any typo errors as I typed fast.
