Listen, the guys at the Take 5 oil change needs some help. That location is always short staffed and it takes an hour and longer to get an oil change and its not their fault. The corporate head hancho or Regional Manager or whoever is in charge of manpower forecast for the locations in this area needs to be terminated because these guys are making sacrifice after sacrifice to keep this location up and running and I bet they are never appreciated for the multitude of sacrifices they make daily. This problem can be easily fixed and I have the solution but I wont work for free. Find someone that knows how to keep this location fully staffed and stop abusing the gentlemen thats being over worked and under paid!

Your attendant working in the pit evidently opened the drain plug on the transmission for a moment and didn’t tell anyone. When we left transmission would not shift correctly. Went back and they all denied. Fortunately went to parts store and added fluids and went back to working correctly.

at first i thought this place was nice, people were nice, etc. the guy had realized that i as a 20 yo girl didn’t know what half of the stuff he was saying meant, and went on to charge me for everything meant to be included in an oil change separately. looked at places in my car that had nothing to do with an oil change, and overcharge me and hide that he was overcharging me by saying he was gonna discount the things he was charging me for. what i should’ve payed 90$ for i ended up paying 103 AFTER he once again offered to discount my stuff to hide he was taking my money. never coming here again. then proceeded to mess up my ac and they blamed it on me, not their tech.
