I gave two stars because they washed our window and were polite. They did not change my oil in my car because they said they did now know the type of oil, how much it needed, and what filter my car needed. They told me that my car was too new. It's a 2022 Ford expedition. We are almost to 2023, I do not see how they do not know this information. When I offered to call ford and ask them for the correct information. They declined and told me to go get the oil and I could bring it back and they could change it then, we left. Very disappointed because this is their whole business!Service: Oil change

I normally do my own oil change, but didn't have time before a road trip. I've had a few bad experiences with others doing it for me. These guys were amazing! Very nice, let me watch, showed me what they were doing, and got me in and out super fast! I will definitely be back! Thanks y'all!!Service: Oil change

This was probably the worst experience. The lady strawboss was nice enough to tell me after they unattached the shield from under my car that I would have to decide what I wanted them to do with it because they were not able to put it back on, so I had to clear the back of my SUV out so that this big, dirty and oily plastic shield could find it's way to another shop top be re-attached to my car as they should have done. Then they left the headlights turned on after the inspection during daylight and I woke up to a dead battery this morning. I was really surprised at her obvious lack of customer service skills and detail. I am writing this while late for my morning appointment because I am waiting for my car battery to charge after I had to pry off the cap and unlock my car manually to put it on. Just a lot more hassle than any other dealer would have warranted for the price I paid for this misery. NOTE: After having another shop attempt to reinstall the shield, it was determined that the shield was damaged (tore plastic) beyond the ability to reattach it and now must be replaced. all of the contact holes have been torn and are unusable. Appears to have been pulled until free of attachment and a couple of the tie wraps were still attached and never cut.Service: Oil change

I’ve gone here many times. I ask for the crush washer to be replaced each time I have my oil changed. If it isn’t replaced oil will leak. It’s a small leak but still leaks. I remind them each time. The last time I had my oil changed and I asked them to change it. I was told they followed the guidelines for tightening the washer and they weren’t replacing it. Well guess what. My brand new concrete driveway has a multitude of small oil spots everywhere my car has been parked and even in the garage.Guess I’ll find somewhere else to go.
