Yesterday I Walked into the UPS store in Gun Barrel City with a huge mess on my hands. I had10 Amazon items,10 return labels and 10 random boxes/bags.I had NO IDEA which item belonged to which label. These girls helped me separate each item and match each label. I was almost in tears before I walked in and had NO IDEA I was walking into UPS store and getting fast AMAZING HELP! Thank you ladies. You guys are the best!!!!

They are horibile about answering the phone and most times it doesnt even ring and just plays the message staring the hours of operation and to leave a message but nobody checks messages. When someonedid answerthey mentionedproblems with their internet and phones not working properly. ( UPDATE) tried calling 7 time and the line just rings and the says the mailbox is full and never says anything about ups. Seems like the same problem from months ago of their phone not actually ringing. Also this store does not reply to emails to it is unacceptable to have to visit the store in person just to get in contact with them. It seems like they dont care about fixing problems and i wish there was something that ups corporate could do to force them to fix the problems.

This review of mine is way past due! I have been coming to this UPS store in GBC for many years.
I have to finally say that the customer service provided by Mrs. Michelle in this location is always above expectations. I absolutely enjoy the personal interaction she provides and her smiles are uplifting and contagious providing this UPS store with a great atmosphere. Thank You for being the reason that I choose this location. UPS HQ kindly take a NOTE that she is very valuable.

I asked to use the restroom, I am a 62 year old that takes diuretics there were no other customers in the store ! Also they charged me 25.00 to fax 10 pages to the same fax number and make 1 photocopy, I will not use this store and recommend Box it up in Canton !!

Alyssa was a superstar for me! I came in with a couple of different packages and she even taught me how to use the self-serve machines.
One of the packages she had to do behind the counter and she was really sweet as I didn’t have the app pulled up that had the right code on it.
She was a sweetie! I appreciated her a lot because I was confused! 😂

The environment is so welcoming when I come in the store. Everyone is so helpful. I had papers printed and I had a few that were not printed and without skipping a beat the young lady fixed it, as well as replacing the toner in the midst of things. She smiled and told me Merry Christmas! Small gestures mean the most!

I have been to this location twice. Once to return some computer equipment and another to print a document. Scott is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond in accommodating my needs. Friendly staff and happy faces is what keeps me coming back. 10/10!
