“Our teenage son was driving from Cimarron, NM to Beaumont, TX after a summer job, and broke down in Plainview at 5:30 on a Sunday evening. Johnny Cash Towing highly recommended Mackie's and we're so grateful he did. Johnny's dropped the truck at the shop Sunday night, then first thing Monday morning, Mackie sent someone to his motel to grab the keys, and they got right to work. His motel was not close to the shop, so later that day they also gave him a ride to the shop when he had to check out of his motel. It turned out to be a bigger job than anyone expected, but they worked late for 2 days to get it finished, going above and beyond, knowing he was stranded with no transportation. Outstanding customer service!!”

I didn’t even leave a voicemail while trying to find a place, and he called me back immediately! Was able to replace our tire in just a few minutes, and had us back on the road shortly. “I was in Plainview to visit a friend. I arrive on a Thursday. I When reached my destination. I turned my car off and went inside. Can back out and my car wouldn't start.
I had it towed to D&D on Friday. They had to order the part and have it shipped overnight . The problem was the shop is closed on Saturday. They had David come in and fix my car on Saturday, his day off. The office staff and David went beyond the call of duty. Top notch service and going the extra mile. I highly recommend D&D auto.”

They did an excellent job and coordinated the electronic resets with Alderson without asking. Seamless, great service. “I ended up with a flat on the side of the highway and lugnuts that weren't budging. An officer pulled in behind me to help but neither of us could get them to budge. He called Triple L Tires to assist. They came out quickly, straightened out my lugnuts, added air to my spare and since I needed a replacement tire because I had another 6 hours to go, they offered to help me out. They were so friendly and replaced my tire in no time getting us back on the road. I would definitely recommend them.”
