“We laid our mother to rest today. Years ago she took out a prepaid funeral plan with our stepdad. She made all of her wishes known to how she wanted her ceremony and burial to occur. When we went to see Eugene Kubena he went through the whole procedure of what she wanted and stopped when our tears started flowing; giving us time to grieve. He asked us to tell us about our mother and listened to our memories of her and what she was like. He gave us more than we could ask for. When it came time to place her in her final resting place Andy Kubena was very attentive to the family and told us how we were going to proceed and make mom's funeral beautiful, seamless, and thoughtful. It was wonderful and our family could have not wished any better than the service Kubena Funeral Home gave us in our time of mourning.”

“My spouse and I were returning to Minnesota after vacationing in southern Texas to visit family. On Friday evening, January 7th, we had an problem with our car and felt it was not safe to continue driving. The error message was "AC fan off because Engine is Hot" the AC does not work on my car. We spent the night in Halletsville and on Saturday morning we took it to this auto repair, they were the only mechanics open on Saturday. The young man was able to diagnosis the problem, and sent us to the NAPA Auto Parts store to get the part. In addition, the clerk at NAPA connected the sensor device and was able to tell us what sensor we needed. The car was fixed within 30 minutes and we were on our way. We made it home with no additional problems.Thank you so much for the great service and helping these travelers with the 2014 Chevy Cruze”

“Tommy rescued us when our radiator went out. We were on a trip to the beach. Not only was Tommy professional and courteous, he was incredibly kind and understanding. He fixed my car, and his prices are completely reasonable. You don’t need to worry about being gouged. Tommy is fair and a great mechanic. He’s also a great all around person. We’re going to stop in to say hi next time we’re on vacation! Definitely recommend!”

“This shop is very reasonable on their prices and know what they are doing. I think I spoke with Matt, the guy helped me out. We brought some used tires in for a trailer we were selling. He got them put on the rims and we went on our way. In the process of loading some cows, my father in law stepped on the stem valve and broke it, leaking all the air out. I took it back to the shop, and he fixed it fast for no charge, I was not expecting that and would have paid , but being a nice guy just said " don't worry about it, it's no big deal". I will always come back to Kocians from now on.”
