Worst customer service of my life. I pulled up around 17:00. Was yelled @ for where I parked. Told to go to a side road where they attempted to intimidate me because??? *They were having a day??*. Fairly certain their business (or possibly the lack there-of) reflects my experience. I will avoid this dealership @ all costs! Don’t waste your time.

Went to buy a vehicle here during covid, I wanted to write a check for the full amount. I called and made sure this was alright and if they could hold the vehicle. Once I got there to buy the vehicle cashier check in hand the manager said no, they could make more money financing it to someone that walks in the door.
This was when vehicles were hard to get, they knew what they had. Im reposting this review because it seems that it was deleted/removed. I'd stay away from this place.

Purchased truck on 1-30-2025 with 2,698 miles. Dealership did tag,tax and title as part of purchase. I was contacted on 3-27-2025 that my plates had came in. I explained that I was working but would bring in the truck on 3-31-2025. I stated that that works great since I need my first oil change. When inquiring about getting my oil changed I was asked if I wanted to use my free first oil change now or when I get my first rotation as that would be included. I decided to use it now. While waiting, one of the lady's came out, informing me that according to her records the first oil change had already been used at 4000 miles. Which is impossible, due to the fact, I'm the only person that could have brought it in. I was very excited about the initial purchase of this vehicle and the service of this business but now I'm realizing that that was just to get someone to purchase from them. Very disappointing.

How do you tell someone you are going to sell a vehicle at demo price one day and MSRP the next that the dealership owner drove for 1500-2000 miles on a $110k vehicle!

Do not take your vehicle to Grafe's. In fact, run if you can. Took my truck there. Of course, they needed to install a $398 battery to start the diagnostic. After a week, I had to call. Should have known that wasn't going to be good. Was told my truck needed a new engine and GMC had issued a bulletin on this issue 30 days prior. GMC 2022 Denali with $53K miles! That wasn't the bad part. I was told to locate a dealer because parts were hard to get. If it was hard for them, how did they think I could get them. I would give them a mark below one star if I could!
After reading other reviews, think I missed a bullet by not letting them have my truck. Recommend Victoria GMC

I took my late model Silverado in for a mechanical problem. They didn't order the parts for two weeks, then held the vehicle for three more weeks, always saying they'd get to it next week. After hearing that it still hadn't been brought into the shop to start repairs and would be three more days before they would start on it, I told them I was coming to pick it up. When I arrived 30 minutes later, it miraculously found it's way into a bay. Then the manager, who refused to speak with me in person or by phone after multiple requests, wouldn't sell the needed part to me until I had other workers involved. Management is rarely on premise and staff are not allowed to make decisions.

Terrible service! The owner, Angela, never responds. She lies about sending paperwork and plates. We have a vehicle from August 2023 that we haven't signed any paperwork on or received plates for. She always says, "she's sending them." Yet, they never arrive. Shady business practices going on over here.

I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received at Grafe Chevrolet. After bringing my vehicle in for repairs, it began experiencing further issues within one week. Upon inspection by an independent shop, it was determined that these problems were a result of faulty repair work conducted by Grafe Chevrolet.
Despite being assured by Grafe Chevrolet that they would rectify the situation, they took it upon themselves to replace the engine in my vehicle without obtaining any form of consent from me, neither written nor verbal. This unauthorized action is unacceptable and demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer communication and consent.
Despite my efforts to resolve the matter directly with Grafe Chevrolet and the issuance of a demand letter, they have failed to provide a satisfactory resolution or take responsibility for their actions. This lack of accountability and professionalism is deeply concerning.
I urge potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Grafe Chevrolet, as their actions have caused significant financial and logistical inconvenience. Trust in their ability to provide reliable service has been severely undermined.
Overall, my experience with Grafe Chevrolet has been nothing short of disappointing. I hope that by sharing my experience, others can be spared from similar frustrations.

I am looking for a new vehicle now and the salesman Jayden is very knowledgeable and always let's me know when a car or suv comes in that he thinks I would be interested in...I'm very thankful
The service dept is very good also
