All old rules for skip a loan month, rates and salary loans have changed and not for the better as times get harder. Banks are helping themselves not people.

The branch itself has always been great but don't try to do anything without going in. There is no way to directly call the branch. If you do try to do something over the phone you'll have to talk to 3 people and still won't get resolved. If you have the time to make sure you go in.. it's a great bank.
