Bought a set of tires for my van and they are so so but it took a bit to get done and they sent me home w low air in my new tires. Lol. Second trip I ordered a new set for my SUV but they dropped the ball and I showed up to find them two tires short and the tires they had were the wrong size. They have no service skills or ability yo communicate in a professional manner. Time wasted! Tumis the Dumas!

My spouse and I were returning to Minnesota after vacationing in southern Texas to visit family. On Friday evening, January 7th, we had an problem with our car and felt it was not safe to continue driving. The error message was "AC fan off because Engine is Hot" the AC does not work on my car. We spent the night in Halletsville and on Saturday morning we took it to this auto repair, they were the only mechanics open on Saturday. The young man was able to diagnosis the problem, and sent us to the NAPA Auto Parts store to get the part. In addition, the clerk at NAPA connected the sensor device and was able to tell us what sensor we needed. The car was fixed within 30 minutes and we were on our way. We made it home with no additional problems.Thank you so much for the great service and helping these travelers with the 2014 Chevy Cruze

I am not old enough to drive but my dad owns Tumis Tire. The employees are nice and funny. I will be the owner and I will never let it come out of our last name. If you think I put 5 stars and a good review because it is my family's, your wrong.

Do not stop here . I stoped at 3:45 o. A Friday and asked if I could have a tire patched . There were no customers and no cars being worked on in the mechanic bay! The guy told me he could not get to it today. Customer service at its finest!
