“I would like to provide awareness to a class specifically designed for adults 55+. I joined this class after graduating from my first bootcamp. The coaches in the boot camp were awesome, including Ms Becky, the coach for the Silver Nanos class (adults 55+) that meets every Mon, Wed, and Fri 9:30-10:30. She's a great coach and is very knowledgeable.”

“Really great gym equipment and atmosphere, Rachel is the best physical therapist anybody could get, no one can give a massage better than Macy, never met anybody that can make smoothies and have people skills as great as Alex and Sophia do, they always know how to make people smile and are very hard workers, Jason(CJ stroud) is a absolute stud, and Jabe is the most jacked and fit trainer I have ever seen, so glad I joined this gym, you really can get it all at the bougie gym”

“Love the equipment and the staff! I’m not fond of big commercials gyms that are always packed and having to wait for equipment and so this is the perfect gym! Great equipment and never too packed but always have someone to help you with a spot! Will not go anywhere else”
