Nice employees, but they are completely incompetent at their jobs. Ive had 4 different packages not be delivered in the past month. It’s very frustrating, and has always been an issue. Do not move to Hallsville if you want a reliable mail service.

Calling the Hallsville Texas post office to ask about an address which will not accept the address is really screwed up. I hope President Trump does away with the current USPS and comes up with a better solution. This really sucks!

Received a package that was obviously cut open, alll the contents were missing and the package was delivered like normal.

Christopher hicks is rude and don’t like his job our don’t want to be at work. He told me I couldn’t put my mail on hold after 30days if I didn’t have a mail box if that is the case it should have the options why you want your mail on hold. He just want to be lazy and make all his employees lazy to and rude.

No problems for 20 something years. They’re always nice to me if I need to go inside. But in December a missing package showed “delivered” never appeared. Yet they managed to deliver two other packages at that same time. It was a sunny Saturday 11-12. They could have honked or kept package or place inside fence. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do. Now I’m sending everything to a friends address in Longview.

I have been here 40 years of my life and I have never had the worst customer service as I have until I came into the post office today here in Hallsville. The black young lady that works behind the desk not only did she throw money at me, but literally cussed me out when I asked for the manager he was the one that was standing beside her who actually actually did absolutely nothing. Wow!!!!! We have got to do better for our hometown.

Was told I could come pick up a package that they “attempted” to deliver even though they were closed. I was told to knock on the door and they would help me. Instead I was treated very rudely, ignored, and then yelled at that they were closed.

I bought multiple items that were put anywhere else then my doorstep or mail box because of the delivery people being lazy. One of my packages was put in another mailbox, and now they're loosing a box that has multiple items.

Constantly losing mail/packages. Have had several marked as delivered and when I call and ask where they are they take my number down and tell me they will call me back, never to be heard from again

I ordered a package with next day delivery and they have had my package for 2 days and they have yet to send it out for delivery
