“I cannot recommend Five Star Autoplex enough! Harps went above and beyond to help me through an absolute nightmare dealing with Bristol West (which, honestly, has been awful to work with). What turned into a SIX-month battle could have easily been overwhelming, but they were the only ones willing to stand by me and fight through the process.
Even now, when the insurance company is still trying to make things difficult, Harps and his team continue to have my back. That level of dedication is rare. On top of that, their work is top-notch and you can tell they truly care about their customers.

“Was referred to Truck Techs for a radiator replacement on my 2002 F250 diesel. At drop off I explained a steering issue and explored advantages of a S&B body mount kit since I was the original owner of my 22 year old truck.
Once they had a couple hours to look the truck over, I decided to replace the radiator and hoses, draglink, and install the body mount kit.
Dropped off 8am on Thursday and as promised, the truck was ready Friday before close.
Drove it home which was about a 40 minute drive with highway and city, the truck rode and handled like new!
This was my first visit to Truck Techs and I’m totally over the top satisfied, and will definitely reach out again next time!

Well handled as walking in I was just looking. Chris just had a real approach. He knows his product line and keeps it on a direct level. The day of service, they fit me in from missing my early appt and got the job done 3 hours from drop off with a lifetime warranty on bed spray liner and tri-fold flip bed cover. “Eric was awesome at addressing my problem. My semi truck had a line that ruptured under the sleeper, and as a temporary fix he was able to make some ends to shut off the rear a/c so I could still at least drive in comfort. When I finally had the down time (about two weeks later) he was able to make me some brand new lines for my sleeper and was able to fabricate my current setup and make it easier to work with, and save me somewhere close to $1600 in the process from what Peterbilt wanted to charge me. In my opinion the work is much better than what OEM offers. I will only deal with this company from now on for any A/C needs that I have.Thank you again!!!”

He asked questions & pretty much diagnosed it from my husband's answers. He let us drop it off right then & called about 4 hours later & it was ready!

“5 star facility , Honest , fair pricing and fast service. That's the hat trick. What a blessing they were to me . Had a transmission leak and it was found to be in the AC condenser and they got it repaired and back to me quickly , and showed me exactly what was found and showed me the old parts and where the leak was . I will be sending all my business to Cropp's Automotive from now on. Shot out to Transpec Transmissions for diagnosing the issue and taking my truck to Cropp's for me while I was in the hospital .
