“Had my F250 towed here after another shop couldn’t diagnose the issue. Went in for a crank, no start. Diagnosed right away: A/C was seized. Diesel Pros replaced the unit in a reasonable amount of time and had me back on the road in perfect order. A few months later my 20 year old hoses started leaking after passing the leak test for the new system. When I called about the leaky hose they were very professional and were more than willing to work with me on a solution. Great shop, will definitely bring my truck back in should the need arise!”

“Update: If you are ever able to get in here, lucky you, he doesn't do appointments and is first come first serve. I wish he would expand/hire more people.Reliably diagnosed the problems with my vehicle- even pointed out things that I forgot to mention. There is a big difference when the owner of the business is the one handling things- he was very straight forward and direct, prices were lower then quoted elsewhere. A quark is that it's first come first serve basis, so you have to get there when they open if you need your vehicle back quickly. “The overall experience was great. The only issue is the waiting area in the service area. Is totally uncomfortable because is a small space. The chairs and the smell of nicotine was to much at 10am. I waited instead in the sales area. Besides that everything in a timely manner. I bought my Kia Soul during the shortage after the pandemic. They order it for me in the color and features I wanted. So yes I will recommend them as a excellent dealership.”
