“I found another gem here at Hurst Import Car Repair & Services. I used to work on my own vehicles but now I no longer have the tools (weekend warrior only). Plus, Mercedes-Benz needs to be pampered with specialized tools. I am so glad I chose these folks to work on my Mercedes-Benz.
After my coolant flush was done, I asked about a transmission fluid change on my E350 and Ben gave me the most detailed and honest quote. I already knew what it entails. A lot of mechanics that I've asked before never explained it that well without any bs. Ben was very professional and caring, yet straight forward with confidence. It was like taking my children to a loving family member to babysit. I didn't get the chance to meet his father (the original Master Tech) but I'm pretty sure Ben (Master Tech) got his good grace from his Pops. Great job Dad!

“This man just keeps on doing great work, while never exaggerating the need, over-diagnosing, or over-recommending with the goal of increasing the bill. He’ll work on anything he thinks he can fix, and is willing to attack very unusual things such as foreign makes, extreme cars, and ancient cars. I am one who enjoys defeating planned obsolescence where I can, and he has been a key cog in the wheel making that possible.
I found him quite by accident being left behind by the last real service station in our city. When the gas station retired, he just moved down the road a few thousand feet, opening up in a similar building without the gas pumps. I’ve developed a very satisfying customer relationship with R. C. Auto.
Today, he re-lined the brakes on my 30 year old money-pit, with excellent results. It’s a one-man show, thus he doesn’t come to work every day, but he’s there most of the time. He’s prompt, professional, courteous, and not a bit above telling the truth, even when the customer doesn’t want to hear it. He’s been a real asset to this neighborhood since he got here. I like them, and I do recommend them.

“Having DIY auto repair experience I knew this repair required professional attention. All About Autos took good care of us. Quickly diagnosed then explained the issues and provided a detailed estimate with a fair price. They recommended they take the truck to their transmission experts for detailed analysis, which they did. As feared, the transmission needed to be replaced causing a bit of an unexpected delay in completion of the work.
Truck is running better than it has in years. Definitely worth the fair price we paid. I will be a return customer should the need arise.”
