Staff was friendly but unable to replace a lifetime warranty alternator I purchased. The manager on duty told me he was not able to help and that I needed to return another day although I could get a 10% discount, what a joke. Might have just bought another unit if I had been offered a commercial account price. The corporate system is missing every purchase of mine older than 2013. The old thermal paper receipts faded in less than a year or two in a filing cabinet in my house. What good is a lifetime warranty when the corporate system loses thousands of dollars of purchases going back to the 1990s. My suggestion is just avoid buying from Autozone if they cannot hold up their end of their initial warranty offering. The counter employee actually asked a couple of times if I was sure it was an Autozone unit. It absolutely is a Duralast Gold unit bought around 2006.

website is not the best. Had a glutch where it was defaulting home store to a different zip even after I changed location and set store. I had made an online purchase and waited in line for 10 mins after I was able to pickup item. sincerely believe that there should be a quicker process for pickup items and kiosk style check out option. there are lots of great deals and quality items, but the online shopping and checkout at store has lots to improve.

I was having a really bad day and I was more frustrated with anija than I should have been. She kept her cool and helped me out. She went over and beyond letting Me know all the parts I would need not just the part I came in for. In the end, I felt bad and apologized, and she blew me off like nothing happened. She really made my day in experience better. Thank you

This review isn't about the store but about the young man that helped me name Angel, he did an amazing job. I went to AutoZone for a simple battery replacement and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I truly feel lucky that he was the associate that helped me.

I drive way out of my way to go to the Auto Zone at 5110 E Belknap Street in Haltom City Texas. There are 4 auto parts stores within 3 miles of me but I go to this specific store because they are exceptional with customer service. I’m not exaggerating one bit, they do everything in their power to sell you what you need or find it for you. This has happened every time I go to this location. There is a team member named Michael who is the best. That’s something, to be the best in a store that has a bunch of bests! Autozone should do something special for this team.

This store at 5110 Belknap Street in Haltom City is exceptional. I see a few not favorable reviews but I have never ever had a bad experience there. First, they have more availability of the items I need for my automobiles. I search the net and always find them in stock here. Second, I have always had great customer service. If a guy named Michael is working that day just ask for him. He is very resourceful and tries every resource he has to find what you need. Finally, I drive from North Richland Hills through Hurst and into Haltom City to go to this specific location. If you are not receiving exceptional service then say, I heard reviews that y'all offer the best customer service around so I came here to check y'all out. Say somethin, don't just go online and complain. They are busy so you need to recognize that and ask if someone can help you next! It's on you to ask for help and say I need assistance when you get a minute.
