Wyatt was very sweet to me and helped me by installing my front plate bracket for me as my car didn't have one before I moved to Texas. He even installed my back plate for me! Very professional and answered all my questions.

The manager lacks the skills to assist ,at least this customer . Told me bring the brake pads and the sales slip to EXCHANGE for the right pads at no extra cost ... exchange doesn't require refunding my card ,then charge my card again. The money doesn't appear instantly back to account, charging the second time I would be overdrawn .This was to be an exchange not a refund a simple task at any parts house but stupidity over powering his ability to understand the situation he put me ,left me without a way home from work ... A complete idiot with no problem being one is how this customer sees it

I want to take some time to personally thank Larry. I had to jump start my car at work and went to AutoZone to ask if I could borrow tools to change my battery since I lived further away I didn't have any on hand. Larry told me he would change the battery for me, even though I begged him not to because I didn't want to be a burden. I offered him breakfast/lunch and he refused. I just want to thank you Larry, you made a bad day turn into a good one. The world can learn a thing or two from you. Much appreciated!

Very rude. Sold wrong battery, came for an exchange for less expensive battery, on which got very rude response “are you trying to pay something? It’s the same price” which for a fact I bought the same exact battery in Benbrook AutoZone for $180, and here at this location I ended up paying $257. Never again.

Maria the GM was beyond courteous. I was outside with my hood up trying to decide what my next move was and why I was actually there and she came right out to see if I needed assistance. True definition of above and beyond. She helped me gain knowledge about my battery and what I needed in that moment and even helped me by fixing it. I have been here before and been assisted promptly, but after today there is no question this will be my parts store from here on out.

I am 77 yrs old just walked into Auto Zone and purchased a air filter and cabin filter Marie asked if I had someone to install them and then offered to do them herself.......can"t say enough about the politeness.......service and overall great customer service at this location.......Hats off to all the employees for being so customer friendly.....and a special Thank You to Marie....you are a asset to this company.

I had the pleasure of visiting Autozone today to get my car battery, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received.
