The guy working today was amazing I was in in weds at 6pm and let me just say I am very very pleased with the service we drove 30minutes and I would definitely go back to him. He is amazing. And knows how to get you a good deal I’m in love with my purchase in my phone bless his heart❤️

Boostmobile kept tens of thousands of paying customers WITHOUT service for over 2 weeks because their system "was down, when they finally fix the problems their Stores were charging an EXTRA FEE for Restablishing the Service....talk about complete lack of shame!!!

Went there yesterday to change carrier and get 2 new phones. Ask for 25 dollar a month unlimited plan. Offered to pay up to 500 for 2 phones. Ended up with 2 free phones and 97 dollar a month bill after downloading app. All SMS sent to phone for bill and pin were in Spanish which I do not speak or read. I was deceived again by another cell phone company do none of these companies have any respect for their customers.

The person who is there is terrible and kicks me out of the store for not being able to give me a solution to my question. Obviously, with 3 children screaming around her, it is understandable.

To start off all the little pop-up stores are franchises they're not directly under boost mobile meaning any discrepancy with a certain store it's out of the company's reach. Knowing this they really don't have to offer any customer service whatsoever, and knowing that it is a small independent store they're probably going to do whatever it takes to make their Commission. Just be sure you're certain on what you're getting as they do not offer refunds, even on new phones.

Not completely satisfied with Boost Mobile itself. But I was completely satisfied with the young man that was running the Boost Mobile store in Haltom City this morning. Very knowledgeable and very very helpful. Although he was very busy with a bunch of customers. He still handled everything perfectly. I sure hope he gets recognized for his hard work and his ability to take care of his customers since he did not have any help and there were a lot of customers in the store. He would be quite an asset to any company very good young man. Thank you so much for your help today
