My family and I had a reservation for a truck through budgets website. When we went to pick it up the workers were as slow as snails and had my family wait 5 minutes while they just stood around. The workers declined our reservation. They Failed to work with with my family and took it upon themselves to LIE to Budget corporate and state that we denied the truck although they declined service to my family. Took my business across the street to uhaul and had great customer service there. Don’t waste your time at this location.

Ramp was broken. I literally had to jump up and down off the truck 100 times to unload everything. I talked to customer service and received $50 back. I spent more on that hiring people to come help me off load the truck after the ramp broke. (it was loaded with equipment at pick up so the broken ramp wasn't discovered 100 miles later at the destination. I agree with the other reviewer BUDGET SUCKS!.PS they have a governors. Which means the truck doesn't go over 66MPH. In the great state of Texas most of our freeways are 70mph+ So good luck not getting ran off the road.

Miserable check-in experience in North Richland Hills on Saturday. You would think Saturday is a prime day for moving. Just trying to return the truck. Miserable.

The most rude customer service I’ve experienced when renting a truck. I was questioned about my finances, almost bullied into insurance info (which I understand, but being rude about it was unprofessional as hell), just absolutely nasty. I would never refer anyone to this location. Please choose a different location. I definitely should’ve checked reviews before coming here, because I clearly see that everyone has had the same experience. I will be speaking with corporate regarding this.

After being screwed out of a rental at the basswood location I called here and spoke to Miguel. He had a truck for me and displayed excellent customer service while dealing with myself and 3 customers in front of me. Call and speak with him before you rent at another location, he's a straight shooter.

Customer service Roger was the worst I have ever had to deal with.When did our personal inspection the truck was muddy inside full of papers in the back. We told Roger he got all defensive and loud we ended up walking out. Took my $660.00 business somewhere else!!

Poor service. Manager was very concise with his words but almost border line bully with the insurance. Did not explain about a $150 deposit for the truck. Next day came back to get my deposit and he had charged me $30 for a service fee to fill the truck back up and an additional $20 for the gasoline. Even though I put gasoline in the vehicle and it was on F he still proceeded to show me pictures of the tank amount and receipt for the gas. Poor customer service. Thanks but no thanks..

Horrible experience, they did not have the truck I reserved ready. I had to take a smaller truck and despite discounts I was supposed to be receiving my final bill was double what I was quoted for a bigger truck! I called the manager and his response makes no sense.

They didn't even have the truck I reserved days in advance. Never called to tell me. That's no way to run a business. Seriously 0 stars. Save your time and the frustration and rent with the uhaul across the street. What a joke.

HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE & VEHICLES! BUYER BEWARE! The truck they stuck us with had 170+K miles on it. It had not been cleaned. FILTHY! We made the location manager clean the windows before we could even drive it off of the lot! There were cigar wrappers and blunt shavings all over tge floorboards AND it smelled like weed... Then to top it off they tried to scam us on the fuel (said it was 7/8's full when it was 3/4! He became angry when we pointed this out! The furniture pads were ripped (some almost in half) the dollys were missing the bumper edges (protectors). Chose a different truck brand. BUDGET SUCKS!
