Love the customer service from the young lady she was great and taken care of me and my wife making sure everything about our new phone was transferred and making sure everything was working before we left she explained the new phone and let us know things about the new phone that she knew about she did a outstanding job I'll give her ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for her great job 👍🏽 of taking care of us and helping with the best customer service she needs to be a manager and if you good service look for or ask for Lilly good work young lady love the new phone Motorola style 2024 👌🏽💯

Yesterday afternoon I went to this store to try to buy a phone, in fact I would buy 2 but when I saw that the young man was trying to charge me for speakers, screen protectors and other things I questioned him and told him that I would only buy the phone he told me All this is included, which is a lie! I know that they earn commission for anything they sell from the store. He told me to sign the agreements. I told him I won't sign anything until I see the total of my account. He didn't let me and I didn't sign. I told him, you know. I don't want anything! He threw things on the floor and started insulting me! He told me to leave the store and of course I wasn't going to stay and fight with this crazy man! We all have a bad day sometimes but if you don't like what you do , look for another job that was my favorite store but I don't think I will return ?

If I remember a lady, her name is Jennifer. She sold me something that I really didn't want. A girl with glasses wanted to help her get a promotion that included telephones. Jennifer got angry. She disrespected the girl with glasses. For me that is very bad, the girl with glasses only wanted to help her, I don't know why the lady was talking to her like that. I also wanted to buy more things but the lady left everything very expensive for me and didn't want to help me because they were going to close a very bad experience in this store. He also did not want to help me recover my information from one phone to another, I do not recommend

I came in the store to pay my bill and a tall skinny girl with glasses attended me. I got charged for a charger that I, in fact did NOT ask for! I really didn’t appreciate the dishonesty at this location nor did I appreciate being fooled like that. I don’t have any time to go up there to get my money back but I just wanted to leave a review as to my experience to this location, so the same mistake doesn’t happen twice. Thanks.
