Dollar General has a welcoming atmosphere with very clean restrooms. The workers are nice and provide great customer service. Some locations have professional employees who are awesome and offer the best customer service. However, some stores have issues with cleanliness, outdated products, and short staffing, affecting the overall shopping experience. Despite this, the location of the store is good, although parking can be challenging. Overall, Dollar General offers a great experience with nice workers, but some locations need improvement.
This is my go to store but today they had a new guy there and he needs some personality and customer service training. His name on the receipt shows Isaiah. He had no name tag on and was not friendly at all. Maybe he needs to find another job.
