It is not a fancy store. But they have a little of everything, which is nice. I get water flavors and different things. That always have seasonal decor too.

The shelves are empty but there seems to be plenty of stock in boxes that need to be put out. This location has really gone downhill over the last couple of years. The manager, deadra or danga or deadra or whatever, has the personality of a gnat. She's not pleasant AT ALL. I dread going in this store now. She's always on her cell phone chatting with friends, on speaker even. My husband bought a t-shirt as a gift to me. It was too big. The very next day, he took it back with receipt and tags still attached... She gave him 20% back of what he'd paid less than 24 hours before. "Policy" she said. That's BS. The long haired lady, Stacey, has been there for a while and she's always friendly and always working. Not goofing off like the manager lady. Plus, Stacey is the only person I recognize that has been there for a while. This store is in serious need of a good crew with Stacey as manager.

I live right behind this place, so naturally when I need little things I go here. I went a week ago for sunscreen, I looked in all the normal places nothing. So I went in search for an employee. I found one she told me where to check and she said oh we might be out though.. as I am leaving this short haired(blonde) woman proceeded to say, "you know we have cameras right", to which I replied ok, why are you telling me? , because we have 24 hour surveillance so we are watching you.. As if I was stealing something cause I didn't find the product I needed.. when I told her how rude she was being, she mocked me in a voice like a 3 or 4 year old would. I then asked if she was OK mentally.. which she replied yes, I said ok and left.. she was completely rude and her comment was uncalled for and unprofessional. Really socks I had this experience and when I go back I will make sure to leave her name here, anyone reading this can avoid her unprofessional attitude.

This store is under staffed. Plenty of merchandise in the store but is in boxes waiting to be unpacked, blocking customers from getting products that are on the shelves. The employees try their best, but now with the Texas heat back in play, The still broken A/C is miserable for them as well as customers. The owners of this store really need to step it up. This is the most convenient location for me, but I will be going to a different location on my next trip.

Cashiers should be attending customer not on the phone talking to who ever. Also scanning items that shouldn’t be rung up. Also no need to tell me you know people of your kind steal. No need for all that.

I was just in there... They have moved registers to 1 side. They have 3 ladies "working" 1 register working and the other 2 ladies are just sitting. 1 on the floor and 1 on the counter. And 12 people standing in line to checkout. SMH not 1 cart in site for the elderly lady that just came in.

I purchased a heater on Wednesday February 2, 2022 in anticipation of a snow storm that hit Texas on Thursday. I bought inverters from Walmart so just in case the lights when out I’d have heaters to plug in. However, the heater did not get hot only luke warm leading me to the conclusion that it’s broken. So when the ice melted a little bit, I attempted to return the heater on today February 5, 2022. I was told that I could not return the heater even though I have my receipt. And also since the store was out of heaters, I couldn’t even get a replacement nor store credit because the heater was opened. Now my question is logically , what sense does that make if you can’t bring a defective product back to a store with a receipt because you opened it. However how would you know the product was defective if you did not open it. I was informed this is store policy, but if that is in fact the case, that’s a fraudulent policy that I’ve never ever seen enacted at any other store in America. I now have a broken heater, a receipt for said broken heater, and no replacement product, no store credit and no refund. Also the Assistant Manager Hope should be demoted to a regular store associate because she is HORRIBLE at being a “manager.” I either need a refund, or store credit because that’s a ridiculous policy if I ever heard one and I wouldn’t recommend this fraudulent scamming store to even my most hated enemy

Is one pf the new best places in haltom city. I travel far just to go here. I have 3 close to me but don't like them here is the best and polite place
