Their website was very busy to me. Just to much on the page. When I found spot for a quote and filled everything out it said someone would be in touch. I never received a phone call and I do not remember seeing an email. They may be a great company but I don't care for their website.

Very helpful. I called to get a quote for a friend of mine . He was at work. The young lady on the phone took all of his information and called me back . When he decided to go ahead and get the policy she had everything ready to go for him so that he could stop in and sign his policy after work. I know he really appreciated their willingness to be so helpful .

You pay for what you get.I was involved in an accident in which both the other driver and myself submitted reports that put the other driver at fault. Adjustor David Gonzalez somehow found a way to put me at fault so now my insurance rate is going up and this accident is now on my record. Very disappointed that this company didn’t put in the effort or go to bat for me.The only reason Fred Loya is even getting a second star from me is because they’re so cheap. But like I said, you get what you pay for.Low payments. Low effort. Low results.

I'm so upset with this office! I am set up on autopay and called to make my payment 3 days earlier to avoid getting overdrafted. I am currently not working and had my husband pay for it and specifically told the agent I had no money in the account and if by paying for it now would it draft and she told me no. I asked several times if she was sure and she repeatedly told me no it wouldn't draft. I have to wait 5 days to clear and then they can reverse the payment but what's not fair is besides the double payment my bank will charge 35 for insufficient funds.

I had a Terrible experience with this company and I wish I never left my previous insurance company. You can never reach your adjuster for a claim.

They do not answer the phone. Was hung up on twice and only wanted a quote. If you have 3 vehicles and no one else living with you they force you to add another driver.

I gave them a 5 star because they had great customer service. The lady I spoke to was very nice, friendly, and answered any questions I had. I also got a great quote which I found to be reasonable.
