“They were basically closed when I went. One person at a time could enter and speak with a representative on a monitor. Unless you have paperwork to drop off, you are wasting time and gas by driving there. Fidelity is awesome though so still gets 5 star rating from me.”

We tried contacting Schwab through their 800 number but could not have the issue resolved. We made the drive to this office and the lady at reception quickly and professionally addressed our issue. The poor ratings on this location must be from disgruntled investors. I received stellar service and results at this location. Schwab's trading platform is a definite improvement from TD Ameritrade.”
