“I stopped in with my sister because she had purchased some t-shirts online for my nephew. Immediately walking into the store we were greeted by staff. I’m sad I don’t remember all the names but multiple employees were talking to us. Nicole rang us up at the register. She was very interactive and social. I even asked one employee where she got her glasses from, and we just engaged in conversation. She even asked if I could try them on for a better visual but I had my contacts in so it wouldn’t have help! Haha. I appreciated the gesture.
I’m honestly not too big on Vans brand but after this experience that changed my mind. I was browsing their clearance rack and got two crop tops myself! Tried them on and couldn’t resist on buying them. My 1st official Vans purchase! YAY!!!!

“Only took 6 items from 2 ikea bags but I found some amazing boots and a sterling silver necklace for $25. Pretty decent trade I'd say. I do wish they would have taken more items though. I resale across Texas and have great brands. The store is very clean and has a great layout. The staff was very friendly.”
“This store and their employees saved my kiddo's Christmas and now he can have magic for another year. The only thing he asked for from Santa was his favorite character plushie from Murder Drones. The ones we ordered from Glitch Productions never shipped. I called this morning and not only did they have one but they set it aside for me. 3 hour round-trip to Fort Worth Hulen Mall, but it was the last plushie! “We went in Monday 2/24/25 approximately 11-11:30 am. I was looking for a Rainbow Brite tumbler that the website said was here. The staff here were EXTREMELY helpful and polite. This is what customer service is. We had been to several other establishments in the area that also had the same information online and these were the only employees that offered to, look in the back, look at other stores in the franchise and tried to help me by offering to order it online (because the closest Hot Topic was in Dallas) without me having to ask. The employee seemed to be training the other and used this as an opportunity to train the other as well. That’s how you do your job. Super fan of these employees.”

“Has to be the most customer friendly "treat you like fam" but still a business place out of any establishment of the same industry. There's about a billion of these all over the metroplex and although you've got some really good ones either for atmosphere, location, venue, variety, or even win-to- lose ratio, that draws you to one particular place or another, for whatever reason, win lose or break even, this place has a warmth about it that just makes it stand apart from the others. It's just a good place with good people. Also helps that people know not to act up here also. Oh, it's been tried a few times but any wreckless or disruptive commotion is quickly brought to a halt and delt with. The staff is well trained and at the end of the day I feel safer here than my own place sometimes. Never change staff, the chemistry that yall have does not go unnoticed and is a blessing and a benefit to everyone that crosses your paths. Have a good night.”
