“This store and their employees saved my kiddo's Christmas and now he can have magic for another year. The only thing he asked for from Santa was his favorite character plushie from Murder Drones. The ones we ordered from Glitch Productions never shipped. I called this morning and not only did they have one but they set it aside for me. 3 hour round-trip to Fort Worth Hulen Mall, but it was the last plushie! I also had an employee help me decide on a shirt that wouldn't cause sensory issues for my son. Every employee I encountered was authentic, helpful, and polite. Thank you, Helen Hot Topic!”

It's always so peaceful in here and she was like for the most part even when it's busy. “We went in Monday 2/24/25 approximately 11-11:30 am. I was looking for a Rainbow Brite tumbler that the website said was here. The staff here were EXTREMELY helpful and polite. This is what customer service is. We had been to several other establishments in the area that also had the same information online and these were the only employees that offered to, look in the back, look at other stores in the franchise and tried to help me by offering to order it online (because the closest Hot Topic was in Dallas) without me having to ask. The employee seemed to be training the other and used this as an opportunity to train the other as well. That’s how you do your job. Super fan of these employees.”
