I have been in this place multiple times. First I want to say the lady that helped me the first few times is an amazing representative. The guy on the other hand charged me for a screen protector (which I have never received) and has sold me a demo phone. I say a demo phone because the phone already had games and apps (that would need to be downloaded through the play store) on it already. Along with him doing a factory reset on the device itself.

Just like someone else wrote on here the guy working the store is a con artist charged me $39 for a phone activation, the receipt that was texted to me said thank you for your $28 payment. He is adding insurance to your next bill and pocketing the $10 it cost, said I have to wait 24 hrs to cancel. The insurance is optional. I was able to log into my metro account and cancel it. DO NOT be scammed by this person, and make sure you get the correct change if you pay cash, cause he tried to short me too

The representative made me get a new phone and open a new line of service saying that there was no way for me to upgrade my phone which was a lie, she gave me misleading information which in the end after a month I ended up with a monthly bill $30 more than I originally had it and having to fix this three times over the following 2 months. Horrible greedy misleading people!!

Fantastic experiance today! We were able to get my husbands new phone last minute before Christmas. Zane was able to get us some great discounts, transferred the phone info and put the screen protector on for us (man I hate trying to put the screen protector on)! Would absolutely give more stars if I could!!

Don't ever go here, they waste your time, they deceive you, they charge you for free services, they tell you that you don't want any insurance and they give it to you without you realizing it for your next month, when you complain, they get a bad attitude Zain charged me 65 per a service that is free and only gave me back 25 and I practically threw it away. I would never return to this place, don't waste your time.
