“Hello! I purchased a phone with Metro by-T-mobile!! The Worker Brianna was absolutely amazing she Was very understanding and willing to help no matter the struggle or what. Which was an amazing trait to have, I definitely recommend this metro! l personally was recommended this store by a family member and was told how great it is on the way there. We arrived and The treatment was so great and welcoming no matter the difficulties with a purchase you will get the help that’s needed correctly and kindly. Thank you ! “Rudy at the Cricket Wireless on Denton Hwy was absolutely amazing and professional! We had bought a phone just two days earlier at another Cricket location down the street, and it was nothing but a nightmare from the moment we left that store. My son’s phone had no service, and all we were told was to “turn it off and on and wait.” When we came to the Denton Hwy location, Rudy was already helping two different customers, yet he still took the time to analyze my situation. He was making phone calls on our behalf while activating another customer’s phone—multitasking like a pro! Within 10–15 minutes, Rudy figured out exactly what was wrong, got the phone exchanged, and just like that—problem solved! My son and I left happy because Rudy truly cared about fixing the issue, not about making a commission. If you want to avoid frustration and actually be taken care of, skip the headache and go straight to Rudy at the Denton Hwy Cricket Wireless. He’s the one who will get it done right!”
