Metro by T-Mobile provides awesome and great customer service. The staff is friendly, very helpful, kind, and informative. They are not typical high-pressure salespeople but are there to help you and work with you. Customers report pleasant experiences getting phones and changing services, getting exactly what they asked for. The service is highly recommended, with many stating they will definitely return. The store offers unbeatable prepaid plans with unlimited talk, text, and data, along with 5G phones from brands like Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, and TCL.
Usually a great place. Very knowledgeable. Efficient, however posted hours on the door says open at 9am. But actually they open at 10am. Would have been nice to know so I didn't waste my time.
