I’ve been working with them for years but this location specifically, has really fallen off. Almost every part I get from them to my business is expensive and not quality. Sometimes rebuilt items aren’t built right. Batteries are alway bad, the starters and alternators tend to fail. They used to be good with exchanging and returning parts but now they hardly want to follow policy. This most recent time they gave me a $400 gift card rather than my cash back. Their excuse was “they didn’t/don’t have the money”. I’m no longer interested in consistently using them so the gift card is worthless. They said I have to wait at least 10 days for the possibility of getting my cash back. But, this whole situation happened over a week ago and they have already cashed my check. I originally asked for it to be transferred to my debit card that I have on file and they told me no. I talked to the manager and he gave me attitude then told me he doesn’t want to deal with me anymore. I will most likely be using Autozone mainly from here on out as it’s the same if not even better quality parts for cheaper prices. I will not be using O’Reilly anymore.

The employees are always helpful when I come here. They have helped with replacing my windshield wipers to showing me how to add oil to my engine (bad oil leak in my new car) a few weeks ago. I have been a returning customer for over two decades now.

Two older gentlemen watched me stand there for literally 10 minutes. The younger guy was helping someone outside. Nobody ever even made so much as eye contact or even tried to say someone would be with you as soon as possible. Older lady finally came out only to tell me it was my fault she couldn't find my warranty info because I couldn't tell her when I bought the part even though it is in the system by phone number. The attitude in this place was horrible. Do better or find a job you like. You can just feel the dread when you walk in as if they are slaves being held against their will... Jesus, I'm glad this isn't the normal place I go. You all could take some pointers on just general social skills. In general, I have never had this experience in my life at any auto parts place, much less at O'Reilly.

I ordered SEM 39133 Flexible Primer Surfacer and was told it would be in two days ago. I went in and it had not been ordered. Come to find out, I went to the wrong O'Reilly's. It was waiting at the O'Reilly's I ordered it from. I had the wrong telephone number to the O'Reilly's I thought was right down the street. My mistake. O'Reilly's was not at fault. I was the one that was mixed up. O'Reilly's is still top notch in my books.

Anna at O'Reilly's was so helpful when my friend and I showed up to the counter with tire patch kits and were about to Google how to fix it ourselves. She sent us over to Texas Tires who fixed up the tire so fast the car wasn't even off before the jack was under it. Thanks Anna!

The store is well staffed, with courteous employees. The "loan a tool" program is very helpful and super convenient when in a bind.
